Media Application

A Media Application is made by players that have a sizeable audience on YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok and would like to have the Media rank to unlock benefits to help them make content. When reviewing applicants, we care most about having a healthy community where your audience actively engages with your videos and cares about your content. If you meet the requirements and your channel is inactive or if you obtained your audience separately from Minecraft-related content, it may be more difficult for you to obtain the rank.

Requirements

When applying for the media rank you must meet these requirements on YouTube

1. Your channel must have at least 500 subscribers with at least three Zentic-related videos or 1000 subscribers with at least one Zentic-related video
2. Your channel must produce at least 500 views a month
3. Your channel must have some Minecraft content on it
4. You must upload at least once a month
5. You must have at least three videos

When applying for the media rank you must meet these requirements on Twitch

1. Your channel must have at least 250 followers
2. Your streams must have at least five concurrent viewers without raids
3. Your channel must have some Minecraft content on it
4. You must stream at least twice a month
5. You must have streamed at least three time

When applying for the media rank you must meet these requirements on TikTok

1. Your account must have at least 5,000 followers
2. Your account must produce at least 10,000 views per week
3. You must actively post content
4. Your account must have some Minecraft content on it

Process

Once an application is submitted, it will be sent to staff members for review. Failure to meet the requirements or answer the questions seriously/properly will result in immediate denial. The media application system is made to make the process of giving media rank accurate and efficient. Abuse of this system can lower the efficiency of the media application system. You may be punished for forging applications, making troll applications, or making false applications with malicious intent. Even if you are eligible for the media rank there are also other factors which contribute to our decision like your content, behavior, and beliefs. Due to this, nobody is guaranteed to be accepted. If you are accepted, then you should act as a role model for players to follow because of your influence on the community. If you misuse your rank, don’t follow the network rules, or don’t use your status appropriately, your rank will be revoked. Your rank may be also revoked if you do not produce some Zentic-related content. Even if you have the rank, you still must follow the same rules as normal players.

No, we currently only offer ranks for YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok content creators. We may expand to other platforms in the future.

You can contact a staff member via website messaging, Discord, in-game message, etc. to ask them your question.

Why does a certain player have media rank when they do not meet the requirements?
We may give out media rank at our own discretion.
