A Bug Report is made by players to report bugs and glitches found on all Zentic platforms.
When reporting a bug you must meet these requirements
Once a bug report is submitted it will be sent to a staff member for review. If your evidence is insufficient or invalid it will be closed as there is not enough information to find/ fix the bug. Failure to meet the requirements or answer the questions seriously/ properly will result in the form being closed. The bug report system is made to make the process of fixing bugs efficient. Abuse of this system can lower the efficiency of the bug report system. You may be punished for forging reports, making troll reports, and making false reports with malicious intent. If you know what could’ve caused the bug please include it in your report.
How long will it take to get a response?
Depending on how busy the staff members are and the amount of other reports it can take from one day to two weeks.
What does “Escalated” mean?
It means that the report has been forwarded to developers to review. This would typically happen if it was something that couldn’t be fixed by lower staff members.
What is considered invalid evidence?
Cropped screenshots that don’t show the entire window, blurry screenshots, video evidence with low quality/fps, and forged evidence.
Can I report more than one bug in a report?
No, please make a separate report for every bug.
Do I have to write timestamps down if I have a video?
Yes, write down the specific timestamps that you would like to be reviewed and when the bug occurs. However, this is only recommended if you have a video longer than two minutes.
If I bought something and I didn’t receive it do I report it here?
No, make sure that you have waited for ten minutes and entered the right username then you can use the purchase support form.
If I was falsely banned do I report it here?
No, if you believe you were falsely banned then you must submit the ban appeal form to determine whether your ban was false or not.
Will I be rewarded for making a bug report?
Depending on the severity of the report, you may receive a reward.
What if I have questions about bug reports that are not answered here?
You can contact a staff member via website conversation, Discord, in game message, etc. to ask them your question.
